If you need to return an item, please email us at fashiongateslondon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. please use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Once received at our UK facility, your item will be checked for any marks, stains, signs of wear, perfume, makeup and damage.
Once the inspection is complete, if the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
